Welcome to the blog for MED7011 Popular Music as Culture. As part of the module you are required to write and submit here a weekly blog post of 500 words relating to each weeks topic area.  These blog posts will develop your thinking, analytical and writing skills and contribute towards the assignments you will be taking during the module. Of course you are also encouraged to add more content such as your thoughts and opinions on anything interesting or stimulating related to popular music culture, such as videos, resources, articles…anything that you think will develop your scholarship and the scholarship of others.
